You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 356 Soothing Meadows Dr NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144-4106, Sandoval County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:

LOT NUMBERED THIRTEEN (13) IN BLOCK NUMBERED SIXTEEN (16) OF UNIT 11-PHASE 3, NORTHERN MEADOWS (BEING A REPLAT OF TRACT D-1B-1, NORTHERN MEADOWS) WITHIN SECTIONS 33 AND 34, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF RIO RANCHO, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JULY 6, 2005, IN VOL. 3, FOLIO 2554-A AND RECORDED IN BOOK 406, PAGE 24470 AS DOCUMENT NO. 200524470.
